Breakfast Service
We serve breakfast in the common area between 8 and 10am. We try to have coffee and juice out by 7:30 for early risers. Our breakfasts vary throughout the week, from short order bacon and eggs or pancakes, to continental style with cereals, fruit and breads. We also offer a daily healthful option, usually granola, fruit and yogurt. Whatever we are serving, we will do our best to see that you get your fill to start you on your day. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival date will be charged one night’s stay unless it can be re-booked under the same terms.
Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to arrival date will be charged for the full stay unless it can be re-booked under the same terms.
Event Cancellation Policy
Mardi Gras events, Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Essence Festival, Halloween, New Years Eve, and WHOLE HOUSE RENTALS require a deposit equal to one night’s stay. This deposit is fully refundable until 30 days prior to your arrival. Within 30 days of your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable and the reservation cannot be cancelled or changed. At that time, the reservation balance will be collected in full.
Dogs
We do not host dogs or other pets.
Children
We do not host children under the age of 12. Children 12 and older are considered regular guests and occupancy maximums per room apply.
Owner Availability
We live onsite, and one or both of us are usually here. With the exception of an occasional date night, we are almost always available via phone or text during your stay. We are happy to make recommendations to fit your plans and to help with reserving dining and/or tours.
Room Capacity
Our rooms are sized to fit 2 guests only, with the exception of the suite. For the sake of our sanity, and guest comfort, we do not make any exceptions.
Parking
We offer free, secure, covered parking but with no in-and-out services. If you plan to use your car during your stay there is usually plenty of free parking on the streets nearby. We are one of the few places offering free, secure, covered parking anywhere in New Orleans!
